The data-base central computer is linked via GSM to the docking stations and the dispatch vehicle.
The centralised treatment
of the cards allows the immediate appropriate action in relation to the collected
information concerning the variations of the park :
-allocation and return of the bikes in the different docking stations
-geographical repartition of the park
-instructions to the dispatch vehicle
-general survey
-collect of data for statistic use
